Founded in 2015, Little Master Malaysia is a trilingual enrichment education system dedicated to children aged 4 to 12. We provide structured learning in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Melayu, helping children build strong language foundations and grow with confidence.
With over 10 years of experience, more than 100 centres, 1000 passionate teachers, and over 20,000 students, Little Master has grown into a trusted education brand for families across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
Through personalised 1:1 teaching and the Little Master Learning Method, we focus on each child’s learning needs, making lessons engaging, effective, and meaningful. Our goal is to help every child unlock their potential, enjoy the learning process, and develop a lifelong love for learning.

Little Master was founded in 2015 by Sharol Pong and her husband, Lawrence Tan, with a vision to help children enjoy learning Chinese, English, and Bahasa Melayu beyond examinations.
Sharol’s passion for education began at a young age, inspired by her family of educators and her early experiences in the classroom. Her journey later continued as a primary school relief teacher and kindergarten principal, where she gained a deeper understanding of how young children learn best.
Together, Sharol and Lawrence developed the Little Master Learning Method, combining flashcards, reading, and worksheets to make lessons more engaging and effective. Today, Little Master has grown to over 100 centres across Malaysia, continuing its mission to nurture confident learners with a genuine love for learning.
